THE Governors of the Nelson College offer for sale by public tender a lease for 21 years commencing not later than three months after the sealing of the Order of the Land Sales Court consenting thereto and the consent of the Minister of Education under the Education Reserves Act, 1928, is obtained which ever is the later with right of renewal for one term of 21 years: ALL THOSE parcels of land containing in all 2787 acres more or less being Sections 23, 24. 29, 30. 31, 32. and 33 and part Sections 22. 37, 38, and 40 Square 80.
