CANTERBURY TEAM R SELECTED MATCH AGAINST SOUTH AUCKLAND The following 17 players have been chosen by the sole selector (Mr J. Amos) to represent Canterbury against South Auckland at Athletic Park on June 19:— Full-back, K. Henry (Hornby); threequarters, C. Clarke (Rice.), P. Callanan (Preb.). S. Allom (Preb.); five-eighths, E. Lewis (Hornby), N. Atkinson (Linwood); half-back, R. Hancox (St. Joseph’s); front row.. K Andrews (Syd.), A. Millar (Rak.), J. Neale (Preb.); second row, G. Stack (St. Joseph’s), J. Dunn (Rice.); breakaway, R. Broadhurst (Papanui). Reserves: backs, K. Cox (Chch.), J. Berhns (Rak.); forwards, I. Pimley (Syd.), L. Gray (Chch.). All players are requested to attend training to be held at the Jerrold Street Reserve at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday, June 10.
