POLICE OFFICERS’ CONFERENCE
ROYAL TOUR DISCUSSED (P_A.) WELLINGTON, May 16. A conference of senior police officers from throughout New Zealand, which began on Wednesday at police headquarters at Wellington, ended on Friday. The Commissioner of Police (Mr J. Cummings) said on Saturday that police matters during the last year, and tentative arrangements for the Royal tour, were discussed.
