JUGOSLAVS RELEASE BRITONS

WAY NOW CLEAR FOR INQUIRY (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, April 29. The Jugoslav authorities have released the widow of Lieutenant John Burke, who was shot dead on the Austrian frontier last Sunday by a sentry. The officer who accompanied Lieutenant Burke has also been released. The way is now clear for the joint inquiry into the incident asked for by Jugoslavia. The British refused to take part in the inquiry until the two captives were free.
