PRODUCERS CRITICISED (Rec. 7 p.m.) . BERLIN, Match 9. The Military Governor of the .British zone of Germany (General Sir Brian Robertson) said tha x German steel manufacturers had. been holding down steel production deliberately to the detriment of German recovery because they wanted higher prices. General Robertson added that coal production in the Ruhr had reached the record post-war level of 360,800 tons a day.
