Sir, —I am prompted to comment on “Loyalist’s” postulations in to-day’s issue, particularly his assertion that “J. Locke could not resist the temptation to make Britain look smallminded and petty in her international relations.” The cables informed us that the cruiser was dispatched fully armed for the Falklands; in fact, specified in detail the munitions, etc.,
