HOUSING PENSIONERS AT BURNHAM

The Minister of Health (Miss M. B. Howard) said yesterday that a meeting would probably be held in Wellington next week to consider the scheme for housing pensioners at Burnham Military Camp. Six weeks ,agp a committee of the Cabinet had been formed to investigate the scheme; but because Ministers had been en-

gaged in different parts of the country no meeting had been held so far. Miss Howard said she believed it would not take -long to reach a definite decision. Personally she hoped to have pensioners living at Burnham by the winter.
