SHIRLEY CLUB An all’-day open tournament, held at the Shirley green yesterday, resulted in a win for a Shirley four—W. Shearman, J. Ashcroft, A. Palmer, and W. Ramsay (s). The runners-up were a Hornby four—A. Playle, C. Gaffney, W. Kempthorne, and J. Allen (s). ELMWOOD CLUB The pairs championship of the Elmwood Bowling Club resulted in a win for D. Round and E. vW. Bartlett, who beat D. S. Dott and R. Featherston, 21-11.
