MOTORCAR DEALER’S LOSS

_ £lBOO STOLEN FROM HOUSE On Monday morning Mr G, W. Hazeldine. of 166 Hazeldean road, found that a thief had stolen £lBOO from his bedroom during the night. The money, mostly in banknotes, was in the pocket of his suit which he hung on a hook. He found his clothing at the back door, with the pockets rifled. Mr Hazeldine reported his loss to the police. As a motor-car dealer he required large sums of money and that was why he had such a sum at the time
