NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned THOMAS PATRICK GILROY and LEO FRANCIS EMERSON both of Christchurch, Bulldozer drivers under the style and name of CANTERBURY EARTH WORKS AND COMPANY has been dissolved as from the 30th day of September 1947 by mutual consent from which date the said Thomas Patrick Gilroy ceased to have any interest in the said business. Any debts owing by or to the said partnership business will be discharged or received (as the case may be) by the said Leo Francis Emerson who will continue to carry on the business as the sole proprietor thereof under the style and name of Canterbury Earth Works and Company.
