Four Killed in Colombian Local Elections.— Four persons were killed and six wounded in political clashes yesterday, when Colombian citizens went to the polls to elect municipal councils. Because of disorders the elections were not held in three cities, and in several towns the voting had to be suspended during the day. Returns received so far show no major change in political alignments.—Bogota (Colotnbia). October 6.
