CHILDREN’S PAINTING COMPETITION
PRIZE-WINNERS ANNOUNCED About 2000 entries from all parts of New Zealand were received for the children’s painting competition organised by the New Zealand Industries Fair. The winners’ paintings will be shown at the fair, and prizes have been awarded as follows: Children under 10 years: Anthony Ferigo, Spreydon, 1; Helen Thompson, Motukarara, 2. Children, 10 to 15 years: Norman Allan. Cobden, 1; Lilian Peters, Riccarton, 2.
