MORE ARRESTS IN PRAGUE

OFFICES OF DEPUTY PREMIER SEARCHED (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, October 3. “The Prague police to-day searched the offices of Mr Jan Urging, DeputyPremier of Czechoslovakia, and arrested the chief of his staff and three staff members in connexion with the recent alleged conspiracy against the State,” reports Reuters correspondent in Prague.

‘’Over 100 arrests had already been made. It is stated-that Mr Ursing, who is a member of the Slovak Democrat Party, was not personally involved. “The Commissioner for the Interior (General Ferencik) announced the arrest of 55 more alleged conspirators to-day. He said: “The activity of this group, in view* of its inclusion of intellectuals in leading offices gpd institutions and in view of its extant, is serious and dangerous. It has been organised and directed upon instructions from emigres.”
