“Dunstan Downs” Auctioned

“Dunstan Downs,” the well-known sheep station at Omarama, near Kurow, with about 6000 Merino sheep, was auctioned by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company Ltd., at Timaru ;-?sirrday for the trustees of the estate of the lateMr H. Wigley. Comprising 30,500 acres held on lease from the Government the property was passed in at £BOOO, which was below the trustees .reserve. The bidder was Mr George Innes.
