Failing to give way to the right: Arthur Thomas Harvey, 30s; Bert Kinzett, £3; Patrick Frederick Mullally. £2; Allan Errington Victor Reeve, £2. No driving licence: James Malcolm Hastie, 10s; Douglas Edgar Wilson, 10s ,(no warrant of fitness, ss); William Chatterway Woodward, 10s (no warrant of fitness, 10s, insufficient lights, 20s). Parking over fire plug: George James Howflen, 10s. Passing stationary tram: Charles George Martin, £2. Parking in prohibited area: Robert Henry Kennedy, 30s. Parking on pedestrian crossing: Frank Edridge Tuck, 108 (obstructing costs only). Driving against coloured lights: Sydney Wicks, 30s. •
