FUNERAL OF MR J. O’BRIEN.—Mr J. O’Brien, who was Minister of Marine, Will be buried at Greymouth to-day. After lying in state in Parliament Buildings, the body was brought to Christchurch and carried to the West Coast by special train yesterday. TOP: From Parliament Buildings on Tuesday, the coffin was carried down the main steps by Army bearers. On the far side is the Prime Minister (Mr P. Fraser), and behind him Mr H. G. R. Mason. Other members of the Cabinet on the near side of the bearers are Mr W. Nash, Mr R. Semple, Mr F. Jones, Mr E. L. Cullen, and Mr F. Hackett. BOTTOM: The coffin, covered with flowers, at the Christchurch railway station.
