MR T. V. SOONG TO BE IMPEACHED

DECISION OF CHINESE CONTROL YUAN

NANKING, September 29. A member of the Control Yuan said to-day that it had been decided to impeach Mr T. V. Soong, brother of Madame Chiang Kai-shek, for mal-

feasance while he was Prime Minister. The Yuan will also request the Government to rescind his appointment as Governor of the Kwangtung province. „ „ _ The Control Yuan is one of the five Yuans which comprise China’s National Government. No explanation was given of how the impeachment proceedings could be made, seeing that Dr. Soong had resigned as Prime Minister.
