“MORE CORDIAL ATMOSPHERE”
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Bee. 1130 p.m.) . NEW YORK, September 24. The Security Couneil, faced by a rapidly-growing Jugoslav - American crisis in Trieste, failed again to-day to agree on the appointment of a Governor for Trieste. The Council examined the report of the sub-committee appointed to collect additional information about the candidates and after some discussion decided to ask the, permanent members of the Couneil to hold an informal consultation soon. The atmosphere of the meeting is said to have been much more cordial.
