MEETING OF CREDITORS LAPSES

A meeting of the creditors of Hubert Noel Jarvis, a railway employee, of 29 Wilson street, New Brighton, held before the Official Assignee (Mr G. W. Brown) yesterday, lapsed for lack of a quorum. Jarvis was adjudged bankrupt on September 15. In a statement, he said that when he went out of business in December, 1945, he owed £240. He now owed £lBO.
