TARIFF TALKS AT GENEVA
COMMONWEALTH AND UNITED STATES (Rec. 9 p.m.) GENEVA, September 13. The united States has invited the Commonwealth group at the International Trade Conference to a meeting on Monday, when its reply to the British offer to reduce Imperial preferences will be given. It is understood that the United States is not satisfied with the offer, but-will accept it as the basis for the resumption of the tariff talks.
