SPECIAL PRIZES FOR AIR RACE
A gift of £XOO and a trophy have been promised for the Canterbury Aero Club’s South Island air race by Mr J. L. Hay, of Christchurch.
How the cup and prize will be awarded has not yet been decided by the club. Suggestions are that they should be given for the best performance of a clyb trained pilot who has learned to fly since the war or for first place in an open section if it is decided to hold this event.
