The British Minister for Civil Aviation (Lord Nathan), accompanied byLady Nathan, arrived at Government House, Wellington, yesterday, during a tour of New Zealand at the invitation of the New Zealand Government. They will leave Wellington on Wednesday for Napier. On Monday, Lord Nathan will have a discussion with the Minister of Civil Aviation (Mr F. Jones).—(P. A.) The following officers were elected at the annua] meeting of the New Zealand Dental Association:—president, Dr. R. E. T. Hewat, of Wellington; vice-president and president-elect, Mr A. H. Weir, of Christchurch; chairman of the executive council, Mr H, S. Wilkinson, of Wellington; honorary secretary, Mr J. Ferris Fuller, of Wellington; honorary treasurer. Mr N. A. Clouston, of Wellington.—(P.A) Senior-Sergeant G. Taylor, of the Central Police Station, Christchurch, has been notified of his transfer to Pukekohe. where he will be offieer-in-charge. Senior-Sergeant A. E. Kearton, of Waimate, will be transferred to the Central Police Station.
