Nash) on intended changes in the constitution of Western Samoa, and then went on to discuss Ministers’ written replies to questions. The Land and Income Tax (Annual) Bill was introduced and read a first time to-day. Subject to the adjustments uf taxation on unearned income of taxpayers in the lower income group, which was announced in the Budget, 'he bill reimposes existing rates of land tax and income tax.
