DERAILED ENGLISH EXPRESS.—An air view of the wrecked London-Liverpool express train, which was derailed at Grendon, Warwickshire, on July 21. Five persons were killed and more than 30 injured. The accident occurred on a bend in a cutting when the train, which was crowded with holidaymakers, was travelling at high speed.
