There is every possibility of a retailers’ summer school being held early next year. At the last meeting of the board of managers of the New Zealand Retailers’ Training College in Wellington, the question was discussed. and it has been suggested that the school should be run on similar lines to the drapers’ summer school in England. The English venture has proved successful, and information about its activities is being sought. It is proposed to invite young men in executive positions and senior employees to | attend the school A seres of lectures has also heen arranged for senior students and students who have passed iout of the college.—(P.A.)
