MINES LAID NEAR JEWISH CITIES
DISCOVERY BY HAGANAH SQUADS (Rec. 7 p.m.) JERUSALEM. July 2. A Haganah spokesman said that Haganah night squads had foiled terrorist minelaying parties operating on Palestine roads. Patrols had found and detonated powerful mines on roads near Haifa and Tel Aviv.
