NEW ELECTION IN HUNGARY
COMMUNIST PROPOSAL TO OTHER PARTIES (Rec. 9 p.m.) BUDAPEST, July 1. The Hungarian News Agency says that the Hungarian Communist Party has written to the other three parties in the coalition Government stating that the dissolution of the National Assembly and new elections are an urgent and inevitable necessity. The letter proposes an electoral alliance between the coalition parties. Each party would obtain the number of seats corresponding to the number of votes which each party obtains on separate lists.
