Paper for Propaganda.— Only with extreme difficulty were sufficient stocks of paper found in New Zealand for an effective propaganda campaign during the General Election, said a report presented to the Labour Party conference. However, 1,199,000 pamphlets were prepared and distributed.—(P.A.)
