Tradesmen Returning to Work.— Tradesmen in all branches of the workshops were returning to William Cable and Company, Ltd., in greater numbers in the last few days, and it was hoped that the rate v/ould continue, said the company yesterday. The secretary of the Boilermakers’ Union (Mr P. E. Warner) said this was because increased wages were being paid.—(P.A.)
