COURT OF APPEAL DIFFICULTY
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 9. Difficulty aro-je in the Court of Appeal to-day concerning the securing of a quorum of three for certain cases, and consequently the making of fixtures for Auckland criminal cases was postponed. The difficulty arose through the absence of the Chief Justice (Sir Humphrey O’Leary), and the fact that several Auckland cases were heard before Mr Justice Smith in the Court below. The Court consisted of Mr Justice Blair. Mr Justice Smith, and Mr Justice Kennedy.
