COURT OF APPEAL DIFFICULTY

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 9. Difficulty aro-je in the Court of Appeal to-day concerning the securing of a quorum of three for certain cases, and consequently the making of fixtures for Auckland criminal cases was postponed. The Court consisted of Mr Justice Blair. Mr Justice Smith, and Mr Justice Kennedy.
