“HELP CANNOT CONTINUE INDEFINITELY ” (Rec. 7 pan.) BERLIN. April 14. Lieutenant-General Lucius Clay, governor of the United States zone of Germany, has offered a 60 days’ food supply to each of about 530,000 displaced persons in the United States zone who are willing to return to their own countries. “American help cannot continue indefinitely.” said General Clay. “Those of you who remain in the American zone rather than return home face uncertain conditions.”
