A patient sufferer at rest. HENDRON—On April 14, 1947, at Christchurch, Gertrude Ann, dearly loved wife of Frank Hendron, Greens road, Papanui, and much loved mother of Esther; in her 55th year. HUTCHENS—On April 14, 1947, at her residence, 150 Kilmore street, Cnristchurch, Mary Edith, beloved wife of Will Hutchens, and mother of Dick and Bill. LE CREN—On April 14. at Auckland, Maude Mary, widow of the late Edward James le Cren; in her 75th year. Funeral at Timaru on Thursday, April 17, 1947. PAYNE—On April 13, 1947, at his residence, Leadley’s road, Springston R.M-D-, Herbert Edward, beloved husband of Annie Payne, and loved father of Arnold and Myra; aged 66 years. Private interment. G. James Forbes, beloved husband of the late Jessie Walker, of Gorge road. Waimate; aged 71 years. WRIGHT—Cn April 14, 1947, at Christchurch, Mary Davidson Wright, 551 Cashel street, wife of the late Alexander Wright; aged 75 years.
