SEAMEN SUGGEST BOYCOTT

DUTCH SHIPS IN U.S. WATERS

(Rec. 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON/March 15.

Captain R. Gray and 11 members of the crew of the American freighter Maj-tin Behrman have asked four East Coast unions to boycott Dutch ships in American waters. The Martin Behrman’s cargo was confiscated by the Dutch at Batavia.

The unions concerned are the National Maritime Union of the Cong&ess of Industrial Organisations, the American Communications Association. the International Longshoremen’s Union, and the Masters’, Mates’, and Pilots’ Association.
