The weather is still warm and sultry and there appears little prospect of any rain before the Waikato Racing , Club’s autumn meeting at Te Rapa to-morrow. The track will be hard and fast. Latest scratchings include Greek Boy, Greek Silver, Torino, Golden Beau, Norman Knight, Leigh Hark, and Bycroft. Divisions may be avoided in the Huntly Hack Handicap. Horses likely to run well include:— 11 a.m.—Huntly Hack Handicap: First Division—Silk Thread, Venio. Second Division—Pilaro, Kollac. 11.50 a.m.—Raglan Hack Hurdles: Sublime Fox, Ruling Master, Sir JoviaJ. 12.35 p.m.—Ohinewai Hack Handicap: Pahlwan, Te Paerata, Fiorin. 1.25 p.m.—Vercoe Memorial Handicap: Iwo Jima, Miss Julienne, Flying Robin. 2.10 p.m.—Eureka Handicap: Angeline, Fifth Note, Master Coronach. 3 p.m.:—Waikato Hack Cup: Goody Two Shoes, Alnajo, Crystal Ring. 3.45 p.m.—Railway Handicap: Contango, Bonny March, Hunting Camp. 4.40 p.m.—Te Rore Hack Handicap: Swanee, Jovial Song, Our Dave.
