WAR MEDAL RIBBONS

ISSUE TO MERCHANT NAVY (P.A.) WELLINGTON. Jan. 24. The Marine Department is now in a position to make a preliminary issue of ribbons of the various campaign stars and war medals to those members of the Merchant Navy qualified to receive them by virtue of their sea service during the war, according to an announcement to-day by the Minister of Marine (Mr J.
