Mr W. J. Scott, lecturer in English at the Wellington Teachers’ Training College, has been appointed chairman of the teachers’ post-primary English refresher course to be held in Christchurch from January 23 to 29. The chief executive officer will be Mr S. R. Cuming, head of the English department at the Christchurch Boys’ High School.
