We have been favoured with instructions from W. G. RUDD, ESQ., who has decided to retire from active Station life, to offer by Public Auction his desirable and favourably known Benopai Station. The name “Benopai” is known throughout New Zealand and overseas as the home of one of the oldest and bestknown Merino Flocks in the Dominion. Situated 25 miles from Blenheim by good metalled road, lhe property comprises 17,860 Acres Freehold and 1336 Acres Crown Leasehold of warm, sweet sheep and cattle country, with approx. 250 acres of ploughable land, which is most suitable for growing winter feed.
