Leaflets urging the return of Gibraltar, Puerto Rico, the Falkland Islands, and Panama to Spanish or South American control as “unredeemed Hispanic lands” appeared in the streets ot Madrid on the eve of a welcome to the new Argentine Ambassador to Spain (Mr Pedro Radio).
