OXFORD COUNTY COUNCTT NOTICE is hereby given that™ a special fh Oxford County Council tJ ? e 3rd day of De cember. 1946. th .® f ° llow J_ n g. resolution was passed, and submi L ted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on the 4th day of February, 1947 at 11 a.m., at the Council Chambers RESOLUTION Whenever the Council shall consider that owing to weather or seasonal conditions or any other cause, danger from fire may arise to any land, buildings, or any other property within the County from any fire lighted in the open, it may resolve that during such periods as it shall determine, that throughout the whole county or such particular part or parts thereof as it may consider necessary, no person shall light any fire m the open except in properly constructed fireplaces approved by the Council for use by picnic or camping parties. Provided that the Council may grant permission for fires to be lit where the Council is satisfied that proper precautions have been taken.” Dated at Oxford this 9th day of January, 1947. I. O.
