The Foreign Secretary (Mr Bevin) will ask the French Prime Minister (Mr Bidault) to call a meeting of the Big Four Foreign Ministers early ;his week, says the Paris correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph.” Mr Bevin is' reported to have told Mr Byrnes during the week-end that Britain favoured an early meeting, which would afford pcfcsibly. the last opportunity of nulling the Paris Conference together.
