NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposal of the South Canterbury Catchment Board to raise under the authority of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, a special loan to be termed "The Ashburton-Hinds Land Drainage Loan No. 2, 1946.” The purpose of the loan is to carry out a Land Drainage Scheme for the Ashburton-Hinds Drainage Area.
