S perches of land for £B5OO. The vendor Was Mrs Katherine Georgina Studholme, for the estate of John Studholme: and the purchaser Alister Patrick Boyle. The homestead block Is bordered on tne north by Green's lane, on the east by Middleton road, and on the south by Blenheim road.
