CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER

The weather was fine and sunny yesterday morning with a fresh north-west wind. In the late afternoon the wind changed to .south-west and there was some heavy rain. The maximum temperature was 62.1 degrees. At 1 o’clock this morning the sky wastclear and there was no wind. The baromrter was ateady at ZS.MI Inehaa (1009.1 millibars).
