(Rec. 8 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, Sept. 11, The world food board committee of the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organisation decided to invite Russia and Argentina to join the commission to study "Sir Jdhri B6yd Orr’s plan and also to invite Siam to sit on the commission Respecting rice. The economics and. statistics committee recommended the study of the possibility of increasing the areas under agriculture in pioneer zones (for instance the cultivation of rice being extended more towards the south of the equatorial belt), and the study of supplies and requirements in wool, cotton, and other fibres.
