THE PARKING PROBLEM.—In our traffic article to-day the necessity for enforcing more orderly parking in Christchurch is touched on. This is one method. A traffic inspector leaves a “sticker” on the windscreen of a vehicle which has been parked at an angle in a street where parking parallel with the kerb is the rule. The rear of the vehicle is projecting into the roadway and obstructing the free flow of traffic.
