Horses likely to be in demand include: 11 am.—Te Rapa High-weight Handicap: Bright Fox, Stock Exchange, Dumbo. 11.45 a.m.—Matangi Hack Hurdles: Betterman, Patu Ra. Khadim. 12.35 pm.—Gordonton Handicap: Flying Jim, Broiealice, Te Watrine. 1.25 pm.—Waikato Hurdles: Abdicate, Ballyneety, Bramble Song. 2.15 pm.—Hamilton Handicap: Balmacara. Master Robin. Leigh Hark. 3 p.m.—Frankton Steeplechase: Political Boy. Our Nation, Ngamotu. 3.50 pm.—Maeroa Handicap: Black Beret, Tiger Tan, Park Royal. 4.40 pm.—Farewell Hack Handicap: Bedivere, Cracroft, Winning Ticket. Scratchings posted to-day were:—Waikato Hurdles: Brantome. Hamilton Handicap: La Fillette. Farewell Hack Handicap: Peter.
