CHURCHILL’S SPEECH APPROVED
(Rec. 9 p.m.) LISBON, March 8. The Lisbon evening newspaper, “Diario Popular,” mouthpiece of Dr. Salazar’s party, says: "Only blind fools and the pusillanimous will not see the truth after Mr Churchill’s clear accusation in his call-to-arms speech.” The article denounces Russia as “the. biggest and most serious menace to western civilisation and the Four Freedoms.”
