NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Herbert County Council held on Friday, the first day of February, 1946, IT WAS RESOLVED (by way of Special Order) that the Mount Herbert County Council make a By-law under “The Counties Act, 1920," “The Health Act, 1920," and “The Public Works Act. 1928,” to be styled "Building, Plumbing, and Drainage, Eating Houses and Prevention of Contamination of Food By-law, 1946,” which By-law provides regulations governing the construction and erection of all buildings and other erections hereafter to be constructed in the County and requires Permits to be obtained from the Council before any of such buildings or erections are commenced and also regulates the keeping of Eating Houses and the licensing of premises where food is manufactured, prepared, stored, or kept for delivery and further the adoption by the Mount Herbert County Council of the Regulations under "The Health Act, 1920.” of the 3rd September, 1923, and all amendments thereof.
