MAGISTRATE’S COURT
(Before Mr A. A McLachlan. S.M.I ORDERED TO PAY COSTS A. Robertson was ordered to pay costs when he was con’ncted on a charge of having obstructed a watercourse vested in the Christchurch Drainage Board, without the consent of the board (being a person not authorised for that purpose by tha boards contrary to the provisions of foe Christchurch District Drainage Act, 1907.
