Change Observed In Star.—The Harvard Observatory gave the following advice to astronomers throughout the world: “Observe star T. Coronae Borealis. which burst out early yesterday, making it 1000 times brighter than a week ago. The phenomenon, which previously occurred in 1866. makes the star a member of the rare class called recurrent novae.”—New York, Feb. 10.
